Do we have games in English? Yes! Do we have games about the English? Also yes! 

The King is Dead is the latest acquisition of the Nerd Alert procurement department brought in by one of our guests (in a very good condition too!). It’s a game not just about the English but also about Scottish and Welsh trying to take control of Britain after the King, well… died.

We had a lot of fun moving allies around the map and getting invaded by France. But we’re not gonna lie: we need to play a couple more times to understand what is going on, because the politics of the British Isles is nothing if not confusing.
